We offer points series and trophy races for GP14, Laser & Fast Handicap (Solo, Enterprise Etc.) and Slow Handicap (Topper, Mirror, Heron, Comet etc). Fleets are organised on Sunday afternoons from the first Sunday in March with a change to morning sailing for November and December. Informal pursuit races take place on Wednesday evenings from the beginning of May to the end of August. Safety boat cover is provided for leisure sailing on Saturday afternoons from May to October inclusive.
The facilities include a car park, boat-park, clubhouse, start box, stores and jetties. The clubhouse provides changing rooms and hot showers, galley, club room and committee room.
It is a condition of membership that adults undertake duties in support of organised sailing. These include assistance with race recording, galley or with the safety boat for those with suitable experience. Duties normally number three per year and may be accomplished in two days with the help of a partner.
The club is an RYA Recognised Training Centre and offers a range of courses for people with any level of experience. Please telephone Anthony Oakes on 01782 623181 for further information.
Please see the following document for more information and the terms and conditions of joining the club.
Please contact Dave Edwards for any membership related queries including sending the application completed form back (if sending via email). Dave is available via email membership@nantwichsail.com or by telephone 01782 751517. Alternatively call in at the club on a sailing day and someone should be able to help.
Please see the following application form for the fee structure and for the information we need from you to become a member.
