Following on from the very successful initiative last year for “Ladies who Launch” at NBCSC, it is proposed to run the same sort of sessions again this year; lady only sailing/coaching sessions running on Friday afternoons and Saturdays. Dates to be confirmed. We will have the support of the RYA Coach again, to work with the group.

I believe great fun was had by all who took part last year and sailing skills improved no end, in a “low testosterone” environment !
